Thanks Lorraine. I appreciate it. I hope all is well with you. How 'bout them Gators?! National Championship here we come! South Beach will be crashed again next year. Then again in 2010 with the Super Bowl! I say this because I'm thinking about my condo rentals. They will do even better with that traffic. Let me know if you want to rent one (or buy one).
